Our cutting-edge technology is founded on the principle of self-grinding and selective destruction of mineral raw materials, achieved through high-speed rotary dry self-grinding mills (MSS) of our proprietary design.

    The dry beneficiation process, conducted in an air stream within a special centrifugal field, ensures the efficient preparation of raw materials. Particle breakdown occurs in the chamber of the horizontal disc rotor mill of original design, followed by self-grinding of grains in the special centrifugal field with defined parameters.

    Our dry magnetic enrichment separator, a "know-how" construction, overcomes a major drawback of existing magnetic separators by eliminating the capture of non-magnetic particles by magnetic particles during flow collisions. It separates particles not only in magnetic and centrifugal fields but also in gravitational fields.

    The unique features of our equipment's design allow for nearly lossless extraction of valuable minerals, an achievement unmatched by any known technology. The creation of this complex requires no capital construction expenses, as the process operates without the need for water resources and chemical reagents, offering comparatively low energy consumption.

    In essence, our proposed dry enrichment technology for red mud waste can achieve liquid product and valuable metal extraction rates ranging from 90%, all without the use of water or chemical components. If necessary, it can achieve 100% waste processing with the generation of valuable commercial products.

    The compactness, mobility, and dry enrichment method of our equipment provide the opportunity for on-site placement in quarries, significantly reducing transportation costs and minimizing environmental impacts in these regions.
